I know you are all anxiously awaiting Kaitlyn’s Halloween costume reveal, but you’re just going to have to wait a bit longer because we were busy today!

This morning Grammy arrived for a visit. After she got here we headed off to the Ringling Brothers and Barnum Bailey Circus. Kaitlyn loved it. She alternated between laughing and her mouth hanging open in surprise. One of the elephants took a big dump and as the poor guy was scooping it up she pointed it out and said “uh oh”.

After the circus, Kaitlyn got into her costume and we headed off to Bugaboo for dinner. Kids in costume ate free. After dinner, it was time to trick or treat! We went over to a friend’s neighborhood. Every year, Jim goes all out decorating his house for Halloween. As you’ll see in the pictures below he gets really into it. So without further ado…
This year, Kaitlyn wasn’t just getting candy. She was searching for clues and picking up Scooby Snacks…
In the picture below, Jim is on the right. He actually doesn’t look that much different at work… Just kidding Jim! And yes, Kaitlyn was terrified of him. She just didn’t realize he was there at the time.

We only went to about 10 houses. It’s just not as much fun trick or treating when its freezing out. I plan on fighting Kevin for the Reese cup…
