This pregnancy really drained me, so I slacked on the blog more than usual. Here’s a giant post to catch everyone up on what we did over the summer before Kenzie’s arrival.
We went to the Whoopie Pie Festival in Dover-Foxcroft.
Kaitlyn went to a big sibling class at Maine Med. She learned how to put a diaper on her stuffed animal and swaddle it.
The highlight of our summer was definitely our visit with Grandma, Aunt Bev, and Aunt Pam!

We also took a cruise to see puffins out of Boothbay Harbor. Kaitlyn loved seeing them! Unfortunately we didn’t get any really good pictures of them since they are so small. We also saw a couple of whales and the lighthouse at Pemaquid Point!
After the cruise we had a nice lunch, then headed to the Maine State Aquarium where we saw a blue lobster!
